The Website | Fixed In Uganda

The website will have the following functionality:

Participants can register and update their profile.
Participants can create references to existing FOSS projects that they are working on. Other participants can join these groups. (eg. A Joomla group, an Elgg group)
Each participant receives a unique banner-code. This code can be used in online FOSS projects as a signature. Every time the code is used, a participant earns points.
Ill use of a participant code can be reported.
